Instructions for Authors
The aim of the journals is to disseminate original, scientific, theoretical or applied research in the field of Science, Technology, Engineering, Management, Economics, Medicine and Education, to dispense a platform for publishing results and research with a strong empirical component, to aqueduct the significant gap between research and practice by promoting the publication of original, novel, industry-relevant research, to seek original and unpublished research papers based on theoretical or experimental works for the publication globally, to publish original, theoretical and practical advances in Science, Technology, Engineering, Management, Economics, Medicine and Education, to impart a platform for publishing results and research with a strong empirical component, to create a bridge for significant gap between research and practice by promoting the publication of original, novel, industry-relevant research, to solicit original and unpublished research papers, based on theoretical or experimental works.

edu@stemmpress.com. After the final acceptance of the paper, based upon the detailed review process, the paper will be published online within 4 weeks.
Submission of a paper implies that the work described has not been published previously and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere. The submission should be approved by all the authors of the paper. If a paper is finally accepted, the authorities, where the work had been carried out, shall be responsible for not publishing the work elsewhere in the same form. Paper, once submitted for consideration in STEMM Institute Press, cannot be withdrawn unless the same is finally rejected.
Manuscript Preparation
• Title of paper
Titles are limited to 80 characters, including spaces. Titles should clearly reflect the content of the manuscript.
• Abstract
Please provide up-to 250 words summary of the submission. This should be a concise reflection of the aims, conclusions and include interesting or important results. Please specify the papers relevance to the journal.
• Keywords
Please indicate 3-6 keywords that may be used for indexing.
• Introduction
A concise, accurate, but not exhaustive, summary of current knowledge, with reference to relevant previous and recent works in the field should be presented. This should be accompanied with the aims of and justification for the work contained in the submitted manuscript.
• Conclusion
A concise summary of the findings and a clear identification of the advance/contribution that this work provides to the field.
• Acknowledgements
Please provide details from those, individuals and institutions, other than co-authors, that contributed to the paper.
• Mathematical Equations
Only relevant equations should be included in the main text, and should be numbered.
• Images
All images must be submitted with a resolution of at least 300 dpi. Scanned figures are not acceptable but should be uploaded in the format they were created. Please note that our production department can request changes to the artwork when the manuscript is first evaluated (immediately after submission) AND with the first copyedit.
• References
Please add a list of literature cited in the manuscript at the end of the text.
Quality Check
Good quality plagiarism software/ tool (Crossref) will be used to check similarity that would not be more than 20% including reference section. In the case of exclusion of references, it should be less than 5%.
All submitted paper should be cutting edge, result oriented, original paper and under the scope of the journals that should belong to the Science, Technology, Engineering, Management, Economics, Medicine and Education area. In the paper title, there should not be word ‘Overview/brief/ Introduction, Review, Case study/ Study, Survey, Approach, Comparative, Comparative Investigation, Investigation’.
Review Process
The journals use double-blind review process, which means that both the reviewer (s) and author (s) identities concealed from the reviewers, and vice versa, throughout the review process. All submitted manuscripts are reviewed by 2 reviewers.
All manuscripts will be subject to a well established, fair, unbiased peer review and refereeing procedure, and are considered on the basis of their significance, novelty and usefulness to the Journals readership. The reviewing structure will always ensure the anonymity of the referees. The review output will be one of the following decisions:
• Accept
• Accept with minor changes
• Accept with major changes
• Reject
The review process may take approximately 4 weeks to be completed. Should authors be requested by the editor to revise the text, the revised version should be submitted within 1 week. Authors who need more time are kindly requested to contact the Editor. The Editor reserves the right to reject a paper if it does not meet the aims and scope of the journal, it is not technically sound, it is not revised satisfactorily, or if it is inadequate in presentation.
Revised and Final Version
Revised version should follow the same requirements as for the final version to format the paper, plus a short summary about the modifications authors have made and author's response to reviewer's comments.
Authors are requested to use the STEMM Institute Press Journals Style for preparing the final camera-ready version. An example paper is available. Template in MS word Paper Template can also be downloaded. Authors are requested to strictly follow the guidelines specified in the templates. Only MS word format is acceptable. The MS word document should be sent as an open file, i.e. without any data protection. Authors should submit their revised paper electronically to the Journal's submission address. Please always quote the paper ID in the submissions and any further enquire.
Authors will receive the notification of acceptance by email from our Editor-in-Chief, with the guidelines of how to finalize the other publication procedures.
Copyright Transfer
Submission of your paper to the journals implies that the paper is not under submission for publication elsewhere. Material which has been previously copyrighted, published, or accepted for publication will not be considered for publication in this journal. Submission of a manuscript is interpreted as a statement of certification that no part of the manuscript is copyrighted by any other publisher nor is under review by any other formal publication. By submitting your manuscript to us, you agree on STEMM Institute Press copyright guidelines. It is your responsibility to ensure that your manuscript does not cause any copyright infringements, defamation, and other problems.Submitted papers are assumed to contain no proprietary material unprotected by patent or patent application; responsibility for technical content and for protection of proprietary material rests solely with the author(s) and their organizations and is not the responsibility of the STEMM Institute Press or its Editorial Staff. The main author is responsible for ensuring that the paper has been seen and approved by all the other authors. It is the responsibility of the author to obtain all necessary copyright release permissions for the use of any copyrighted materials in the manuscript prior to the submission.
Publication Charges
All the journals published by STEMM Institute Press are ‘Open Access’ journals, which means that the publication cost should be covered by the author's institution or research funds.
The author's company or institution will be requested to pay a flat publication fee of USD 400 for an accepted manuscript regardless of the length of the paper. The publication charges are mandatory.
