Abstract

The “14th Five-Year Plan" for the development of traditional Chinese medicine clearly states that "We should promote the development of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance and innovation". Under the favorable policy, the Chinese medicine industry has ushered in valuable development opportunities. However, some Chinese medicine enterprises have insufficient innovation ability, and the competition in the industry has been intensifying, and the quality of their profitability is of great concern. This paper takes Yunnan Baiyao as an example, and analyses its earnings quality from five dimensions: profitability, truthfulness, cash-change ability, growth and sustainability. Finally, we analyze the problems of Yunnan Baiyao's earnings quality problems and puts forward corresponding measures to solve them, in order to provide certain reference for the Chinese medicine industry to improve profitability quality.
