Research on Operation and Maintenance Fund Standard of Training Base - Taking Hebei Province as an Example

Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to study the operation and maintenance fund standard of provincial sports training base, and take Hebei Province as an example. First of all, the definition and function of provincial sports training base are clarified, and its current situation and existing problems are analyzed. Then, the importance of the operation and maintenance funds of the provincial sports training base is emphasized. By comparing and analyzing the funding standards of sports training bases in other provinces in China, the present situation of funding standards of sports training bases in Hebei Province is studied. In view of the sports training base in Hebei Province, the suggestions of infrastructure maintenance funds, sports equipment updating and maintenance funds, personnel training and management funds and comprehensive funding standards are put forward. After the implementation of the fund standard, the effect evaluation are carried out, and the improvement and optimization measures are put forward, and the future research direction is prospected.
