Risk Evaluation Index System in Construction Stage of High-Rise Building Project

Abstract
The people's livelihood and infrastructure of a country are inseparable from construction. As urban land density increases and land in the core area becomes increasingly scarce, there are higher number of high-rise and super high-rise projects, so the difficulty of project construction is growing, and the risk is gradually increasing. This paper gives the principle of constructing the risk evaluation index system for the construction phase of high-rise building projects. It analyzes the steps that should be followed in constructing the evaluation index system, and based on this, constructs an overall framework for the risk evaluation of the construction phase of high-rise building projects, and builds up a risk assessment system for the construction phase of the project. The high-rise building construction process is labor-intensive, has a harsh environment, has operational difficulties, and is one of the most accident-prone industries. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a complete risk evaluation system for the construction of high-rise buildings.
