Abstract
Construction projects have the characteristics of multiple stakeholders, long construction periods, and complexity of multiple disciplines, making it difficult to achieve efficient collaboration through conventional remediation methods. With the rapid development of BIM technology, new ideas have been provided for collaborative management. This article comprehensively studies three modes: central document based cooperation, cloud platform based cooperation, CDE platform based cooperation, as well as their application status in various stages such as design, construction, and operation. Secondly, this article comprehensively analyzes the development status of private enterprises in China from the aspects of institutional mechanisms, talent skills, interest coordination, and technological investment. Therefore, the project will conduct in-depth research from four aspects: unified data standards, clear division of responsibilities, optimized platform integration, and strengthened talent training, aiming to lay the foundation for the development and application of information technology in construction engineering.
