Abstract
With the rapid development of digital technology and the popularization and application of the Internet, Internet speech has become one of the main ways for people to obtain information and express their opinions. However, the freedom and responsibility of Internet speech, the balance between public order and individual rights and interests have become increasingly prominent. The purpose of this paper is to discuss how to regulate online speech behavior effectively and protect public interests and individual rights and interests, under the premise of studying the legal regulation of network speech in the digital age.
