Abstract
Studying disputes over online shopping contracts is of great significance at the legal, social, and economic levels. By deeply analyzing the causes of disputes, we can reveal some vague areas and information asymmetry issues commonly found in e-commerce contracts, providing profound insights for the introduction of future regulations and preventing legal disputes before they occur. This helps to build a more fair and transparent legal framework, which effectively promotes the avoidance of contract disputes. At the same time, it can also promote the healthy development of the e-commerce industry.
