Abstract
With the rapid popularization of the internet, network group behavior has become a common social phenomenon, which not only promotes the exchange of public opinions and the realization of social supervision but also brings risks such as network violence, false information dissemination and disruption of network order. From the perspective of jurisprudence, this paper explores the connotation and characteristics of network group behavior, analyzes its inherent contradictions with legal order, justice, freedom and other core jurisprudential values, and discusses the dilemmas in the regulation of network group behavior, such as the difficulty of defining responsibilities and the imbalance between freedom and order. Based on the principles of jurisprudence, this paper puts forward corresponding regulatory paths to realize the balance between the rational development of network group behavior and the maintenance of legal order, and provides theoretical reference for the construction of a standardized and orderly network space.
