Abstract
With the increase of wind power and solar energy penetration, the moment of inertia of the power grid decreases and the frequency modulation pressure increases. EV has a fast response and can be used as a distributed energy storage to participate in frequency modulation. However, it is difficult to control due to factors such as driving habits, battery life concerns and communication delays. In this paper, a multi-objective optimization model considering EV group coordinated frequency modulation is proposed. Firstly, Monte Carlo simulation is used to estimate the adjustment ability of the cluster, and a power distribution mechanism that takes into account the battery life and user interests is established. Then, the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the problem. This method can effectively improve the frequency stability and user revenue.
