Abstract
LTE-Railway (LTE-R) is a 4th-generation wireless communication technology that provides voice, data, and video services through LTE, optimized for the railway environment. The number of LTE-R users continues to rise, and traditional single F network coverage cannot meet the requirement of users. Moreover, the speed perception of high-speed rail users becomes worse. The optimization of LTE private network of high-speed rail is proposed through F+D dual-band network, layering between VOLTE and data service, public network user moving out, high-speed railway user migration back, downlink Doppler shift optimization, FDD blending networking and other aspects jointly. This method is meaningful for meeting the service growth of future high-speed railway user group and enhances the LTE network rate perception of high-speed railway users.
