Abstract
Cultivating well-rounded talents with moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic, and labor skills is currently the core task of universities. The quality education and professional education of college students should run through the entire process of university, and the internship period of students is the weak link in quality education. Therefore, this article takes the practical education process of industrial colleges in universities as an example, and explores the "dual hybrid" model of quality education and professional knowledge education through online and offline methods. It explores various teaching management channels in the process of school enterprise collaborative education, providing theoretical suggestions and references for talent cultivation in industrial colleges in universities.
