Abstract
With the rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology, chatbots have become a part of people's lives. Among them, ChatGPT, as a powerful natural language processing tool, has been gradually applied in various fields. Especially in the field of education, the emergence of ChatGPT provides university students with a new way of learning and communication channels and brings them unprecedented opportunities and challenges. This paper aims to explore the opportunities and challenges faced by university students in the context of ChatGPT, to provide useful references for students to better adapt and utilize this technology.
