Exploration of Innovative Talent Cultivation Community in Application-Oriented Universities under the Perspective of Industry-Education Integration

Abstract
This paper focuses on the establishment of a community of mass entrepreneurship and innovation talents within application-oriented universities against the background of industry-education integration. Many current problems of talent cultivation in the application-oriented university are deeply analyzed. By drawing on the experiences of typical domestic and international cases, it elaborates in detail on the exploration path for establishing a talent - cultivation community in application-oriented universities. The aim is to offer both theoretical and practical references for enhancing the quality of talent cultivation and promoting the deep integration of industry and education.
