It offers a more convenient environment and service system while providing better opportunities for cultivating cross-border e-commerce talents. So, how to cultivate talents with an innovative spirit and entrepreneurial ability is very important. This paper focuses on the cultivation of dual-entrepreneurial cross-border e-commerce talents.
