Constructing and Exploring the Model of AI-Assisted Career Education for University Students

Abstract
This study explores innovative models of AI-assisted career education for university students and their practical potential to enhance the accuracy and effectiveness of career planning. the research employs a combination of literature review, theoretical model construction, and system design to analyze the current application of AI in education and its impact on career education. A smart career education model tailored for university students was developed, incorporating core elements such as intelligent data analysis, personalized learning pathways, and real-time feedback mechanisms. By collecting and analyzing relevant data, the model provides students with scientifically-based career choice recommendations. the findings indicate that AI-assisted career education not only enhances students' self-awareness and career adaptability but also better meets personalized needs and facilitates the transformation of learning outcomes. the results underscore the significance of intelligent technology in the advancement of new engineering disciplines and career education reform, offering valuable insights for future educational practices and policy formulation.
