Abstract
Against the backdrop of the issuance of the "Overall Plan for Deepening the Reform of Education Evaluation in the New Era", this paper, from the perspective of value-added evaluation and with classroom teaching as the carrier, explores the practical path for the development of students in basic education. This not only contributes to the balanced development of student groups and the all-round development of individuals but also holds significant theoretical and practical value for effectively promoting the high-quality and balanced development of basic education and achieving educational equity.
