Abstract
As the most active and creative force in schools, the teachers’ research ability directly influences the quality of talent cultivation and even the overall development of higher vocational education. Taking teachers from P College as the research subjects, this study investigates the current situation of teachers in private higher vocational colleges, identifies the problems and reasons behind their research capabilities, and summarizes strategies for enhancing the research abilities of teachers. The aim is to improve the research capabilities of teachers in private higher vocational colleges and promote their professional development.
