Abstract
With the continuous transformation and upgrading of manufacturing digitalization and intelligence, the demand for composite, innovative technical skills talents is becoming increasingly urgent. Higher vocational colleges shoulder the heavy responsibility of transporting high -quality technical and technical talents for regional economic development. We must actively adapt to the demand for economic development on the reform of talent structure. The article analyzes the problems existing in the training of mechanical and electrical professionals. Through the reconstruction of the curriculum system, it establishes a talent training system, and lays a talent training system for regional economic development and industrial transformation and upgrading.
