Abstract
This paper explores the integration of core literacy into music education, proposing strategies for a holistic and growth-oriented classroom assessment. By diversifying evaluation subjects, content, methods, and ensuring the continuity and value-added nature of assessments, educators can nurture well-rounded students with a lifelong passion for music. The strategies aim to enhance students' creativity, cultural awareness, and critical thinking, aligning with the core literacy framework.
