Exploration of the Role of Wind Ensemble in Cultivating Teamwork Skills Among Young People

Abstract
As a highly collaborative art activity, wind ensemble requires close cooperation among participating members. The article focuses on the role of wind ensemble in cultivating teamwork skills among young people. In practice, through interactive play, teenagers can improve their communication skills and learn to accurately convey information and understand others' intentions in a team; In long-term rehearsals and performances, clarify division of labor and collaboration, and strengthen team role awareness; Facing common goals such as competitions and performances, sharing honors stimulates team cohesion and enhances collective sense of honor. Wind ensemble provides a practical field for the development of collaborative abilities among young teams from multiple dimensions, helping to enhance their overall quality.
