Abstract
With the rapid development of higher education in the new era, the professional ethics construction of university teachers, as a key force in cultivating high-quality talents, promoting technological innovation and social progress, has become particularly important. This article aims to explore the current situation, challenges, and solutions to the construction of professional ethics for Chinese university teachers in the context of the new era, providing theoretical reference and practical guidance for the construction of teacher ethics and style in universities. Through literature review, empirical research, and other methods, this article analyzes the current problems of professional ethics among Chinese university teachers and proposes a series of targeted construction strategies to promote the development of teacher ethics and conduct in universities to a higher level.
