Importance and Approaches of Integrating Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education into Higher Vocational English Teaching

Abstract

With the continuous development of the social economy, as bases for cultivating professional skilled talents for society, higher vocational colleges are facing new challenges in their educational work. Under such circumstances, in order to better adapt to the needs of society, higher vocational colleges must place greater emphasis on innovation and entrepreneurship education and continuously enhance students' innovative awareness and entrepreneurial capabilities. This paper starts from the importance of integrating innovation and entrepreneurship education into English teaching in higher vocational colleges, then analyzes and studies the existing problems in current English teaching. Based on practical considerations, several effective improvement measures are proposed, with the aim of providing valuable references for relevant personnel.
