The Construction Logic and Pathways of a Characteristic Curriculum System in Higher Vocational Education for Rural Revitalization Empowerment

Abstract
With the in-depth advancement of the rural revitalization strategy, new requirements have been put forward for the quantity, structure and quality of talent supply for rural areas. As the main front for cultivating technical and skilled talents, higher vocational education directly determines the specification of talent cultivation and its effectiveness in serving rural revitalization through its curriculum system. Based on interpreting the internal logic of constructing a characteristic curriculum system for higher vocational education to empower rural revitalization, this paper addresses practical dilemmas in the current curriculum system, such as the "rural-avoiding" tendency, superficial integration of industry and education, and marginalization of rural local knowledge. It proposes a five-in-one practical path of "demand anchoring, content reconstruction, mechanism innovation, digital empowerment, and evaluation reform", aiming to provide theoretical support and an operational framework for higher vocational education to serve rural revitalization.
