Abstract
In order to improve the processing efficiency of the mixing production line and enhance product competitiveness, lean Six Sigma method is adopted to solve the faults that affect the output efficiency of the mixing production line according to the DMAIC path, which can assist workers to increase the average daily output of product processing from 1.3 to 2.6 units. Lean Six Sigma method can deeply analyze the production faults of the hybrid production line and effectively solve the problem of product production efficiency.
