Abstract
This paper explores the application of modular design and smart manufacturing in low-carbon production and its impact on the sustainable development of enterprises. Through a case study of Toyota Motor Corporation, it analyzes practices and outcomes in improving production efficiency, optimizing processes, and reducing carbon emissions. The research demonstrates that these strategies enhance economic benefits and strengthen social responsibility, providing a sustainable development path for other enterprises to follow.
