Abstract

In today's context of globalization and rapid technological development, high-value patents have become a crucial component of a company's core competitiveness. High-value patents not only signify a company's leading position in technological fields but also possess significant market potential and economic benefits. Therefore, the cultivation of high-value patent talents is of paramount importance. This article delves into the strategies for nurturing high-value patent talents, drawing upon specific case studies and data to provide a reference for practitioners in related fields.
