Abstract
Marine ranch management provides a scientific approach to the effective management of fisheries and marine ecosystems. As one of the first National Demonstration Cities for Innovative Development of the Marine Economy, Zhanjiang boasts the longest coastline and the largest maritime area in Guangdong Province, endowing it with unique resource and locational advantages for the development of modern marine ranches. This paper explores pathways for integrating the marine ranch industrial chain in Zhanjiang from the perspective of the convergence of ecology, industry, and technology. This study aligns with the objectives of building a modern marine economic system, promoting the efficient use of marine resources, and developing the blue marine economy, while focusing on the core issue of how to achieve systematic integration and high-quality development of marine ranches in Zhanjiang. Through an analysis of the current situation, an industry chain analysis, and pathway modeling, this paper constructs a full-industry-chain integration mechanism and a high-quality development strategy model tailored to Zhanjiang’s local conditions.
