Abstract

In recent years, China's population aging problem is serious, and the aging work has become an important content to be solved urgently in social development. It is a common way to provide for the aged at home, which adapts to the basic conditions of our country. However, most of the technology and equipment of home care services lack advanced nature, and the service quality and efficiency are low. With the rapid development of information technology, the application of intelligent technology in the elderly is more and more extensive, and has achieved good results. In view of this, based on the characteristics of intelligent home care mode, this paper analyzes the design of modern age-appropriate residential buildings from the perspectives of internal environment and external environment.
