Abstract
With the advancement of medical technology, choledoscopy has become an important means for the treatment of complex bile duct stones. This article comprehensively evaluates the application effect of cholangioscopy in the treatment of complex bile duct stones. The principle, operation process and application of cholangioscopic technique in the treatment of different types of complex bile duct stones are introduced in detail, compared with traditional surgical methods. Studies have shown that choledoscopy has shown good therapeutic effects in stone clearance, complication rate and patient satisfaction. However, the technology still faces certain challenges, and it is necessary to further optimize the operation process and improve the accuracy of the technology. The purpose of this article is to provide a reference for the clinical treatment of complex bile duct stones and to promote the development and application of cholangioscopy.
