Abstract
The professionalism of hospital management is an important issue in deepening the reform of the medical system in China. This study conducted a textual analysis of 56 documents related to the professionalism in public hospital management at the national level in China. The analysis revealed that the use of environmental instruments is predominant, with supply-side instruments in a moderate position and demand-side instruments lagging behind. The findings highlight an imbalance in the application of multiple instruments, suggesting the need for a more balanced approach to enhance the internal structure of the documents system.
