Diabetic Osteoporosis was Discussed Based on the Theories of Spleen and Kidney in Traditional Chinese Medicine

Abstract
Diabetic osteoporosis belongs to the category of osteopathy in traditional Chinese medicine, which can cause difficulty in walking in mild cases, increase the risk of fractures, and seriously affect the quality of life. This paper focuses on the internal connection of the internal organs in the disease, believing that spleen deficiency is the foundation of the disease, kidney deficiency is the root of the disease, and phlegm and blood stasis promote the progression of the course of the disease. There is a certain internal connection between deficiency of the spleen and kidney pattern, intertwined phlegm and blood stasis pattern and the pathological mechanism of the disease, and the spleen and kidney jointly affect the occurrence, development, and prognosis of the disease. Tonifying the spleen and kidney, circulating blood and transforming stasis, and removing turbidity are regarded as the treatment target to improve the clinical symptoms, and open up ideas for clinical application.
