As an important part in daily life, physical exercises corresponding citizens sports rights have also become the most popular topic, which has numerous factors with complex relationships. Influence factors of citizens sports rights are divided into three levels that are respectively first level, second level and third level influence factors. Multiple linear regression approach is utilized to analyze the relationships between every first level indicator corresponding second level and third level influence indicators, and then the relationships between every first level and second level indicators are calculated so that six groups of expressions are got.
