Abstract

In the current era, with fierce competition for talents, physical education in universities needs to carry out teaching reforms in accordance with the characteristics of the times. It is necessary to actively innovate teaching concepts from the actual needs of students, and improve the quality of physical education through diversified teaching methods. This paper mainly elaborates on the reform of physical education in universities from value implication, goal orientation, and practical path.
