Abstract
With the continuous development of medical technology and the increasing demand for health among people, the importance of cultivating clinical medical talents has become increasingly prominent. The traditional training model for clinical medical talents often suffers from issues such as the disconnection between theory and practice and unclear training objectives, making it difficult to meet the demand for high-quality medical talents in the modern healthcare system. Against the backdrop of medical education collaboration, this paper explores the construction and innovative practice of a competency-oriented training model for clinical medical students, aiming to provide a reference for improving the quality of clinical medical education in China.
