Abstract

The high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin relies on institutional mechanisms, industrial statistics, financial support, talent cultivation, and scientific research. How to ensure and promote the ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin is an important aspect in the current financial field. This article uses literature research and case study methods to analyze the characteristics of ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin of Shandong Province. The current situation, existing problems, and reasons of the financial guarantee mechanism are analyzed, and its operating mechanism path are explored from the perspective of financial support. It is urgent to build fair fiscal evaluation system, and strengthen supervision and inspection in order to improve ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin in Shandong Province.
