Abstract

With the progress of society and the popularization of gender equality, women have made remarkable achievements in various fields. As an important part of the creative industry, the participation and contribution of female designers in the design field cannot be ignored. However, despite the achievements of women in the design field, women still face many challenges in leadership positions. This article aims to explore the current situation of women's leadership in the design field, analyze its causes, and discuss the importance of women's leadership in the design field, in order to attract more social attention and gradually improve women's leadership in the design field.
