Abstract
Under the background of the targets of carbon peak and carbon neutrality, this paper discusses the key measures of building energy conservation and carbon reduction and its future development trend. First of all, it reviews the origin and development of capacity building, the concept evolution from zero energy building to capacity building, and elaborates the definition and characteristics of capacity building. Then, it analyzes the practical experience of Germany in the field of capacity building, as well as the development status of China 's building energy conservation and capacity building. By comparing the development of capacity buildings at home and abroad, this paper reveals the importance and urgency of building energy conservation and carbon reduction. In addition, the article also focuses on the future development trend of building envelope energy efficiency improvement technology industry and renewable energy technology industry (including solar thermal industry and heat pump industry). The study highlights that advancements in technology and industrial development will bring both new opportunities and challenges for energy conservation and carbon reduction in the building sector. The research results of this paper not only provide theoretical support for the research and practice in related fields, but also contribute new ideas and methods to promote the development of building energy conservation and carbon reduction.
