Abstract
In recent years, the e-commerce industry has developed rapidly, and consumers are demanding faster delivery of goods. The traditional centralized warehousing model employed by enterprises can no longer meet the dual needs of small and medium-sized e-commerce enterprises for both delivery efficiency and cost control. This paper takes a small and medium-sized e-commerce enterprise as the research subject, exploring a solution to shift from centralized warehouses to decentralized distribution, including key issues such as warehouse location selection, inventory management, and order fulfillment from the most suitable warehouse.
