Abstract
As an advanced objective management tool, OKR has become increasingly popular among Chinese enterprises influenced by the successful implementation of benchmarking enterprises. However, the internal implementation of OKR is rather difficult, and most enterprises fail to promote it effectively. This paper aims to study how to integrate OKR with traditional performance management tools and draw on some successful practices of OKR to improve the performance management level of enterprises.
