Research on the Sharing of High-quality Aesthetic Education Resources in Liaoning Universities and the Integrated Value-based Education Mechanism from the Perspective of an Aesthetic Education Community

Abstract
Against the background of aesthetic education immersion in schools, cross-stage education reform, and the comprehensive revitalization of Liaoning, university aesthetic education is shifting from internal curriculum construction to resource sharing, cultural transformation, and social collaboration. Universities in Liaoning have accumulated high-quality resources in public art courses, teaching teams, artistic practice, red culture interpretation, and local cultural communication. However, problems such as scattered resources, insufficient sharing, weak university-local linkage, discontinuity across educational stages, and incomplete evaluation mechanisms remain evident. From the perspective of an aesthetic education community, this paper integrates the sharing of high-quality aesthetic education resources in Liaoning universities, the transformation of Dalian local aesthetic education resources, the development of integrated value-based education across stages, and the co-construction and sharing of Liaoning red cultural resources into a unified framework. It proposes an operating mechanism based on resource mapping, curriculum sequencing, subject collaboration, digital platforms, and dynamic evaluation. The study argues that universities should collaborate with primary and secondary schools, museums, red cultural bases, communities, and enterprises to form an educational pattern characterized by provincial coordination, municipal implementation, university-local co-construction, and cross-stage continuity. This mechanism can enhance the effectiveness of aesthetic education immersion, strengthen the appeal of value cultivation, and support the creative transformation of Liaoning’s local cultural resources.
