Abstract

The Yellow River, as a vital element of Chinese civilization, has played a significant role in various aspects such as economy and culture from ancient times to the present. Henan Province, as a cultural powerhouse through which the Yellow River flows, has given birth to numerous myths, legends, and historical stories about Yellow River culture. The development of film and television productions based on these stories from the Yellow River in Henan is rooted in their rich cultural background. Through clear audiovisual expressions, popular dissemination formats, and narratively profound educational entertainment, the aim is not only to narrate the stories of the Yellow River, but also to deepen the cultural essence of Henan Province.
