Abstract
With the rapid development of digital technology, the traditional retail industry is facing tremendous changes. This article delves into how digital transformation can reshape the resilience of traditional retail business models, analyzing the reshaping mechanism from multiple dimensions such as technological empowerment, channel expansion, and supply chain optimization, and constructing a comprehensive evaluation system to measure effectiveness. By combining theoretical analysis with practical cases, this study reveals the opportunities and challenges brought by digital transformation to traditional retail, providing theoretical support and practical guidance for the sustainable development of retail enterprises.
