Abstract
Based on theories of cultural conflict and cross-cultural management, the cultural conflicts of Haier Group is mainly reflected in the form of communication, management style and human resource management. The managers of Haier Group should look at the problems from the perspective of development, have outstanding cross-cultural management ability, and can effectively use cross-cultural management strategies.
