Abstract
This paper aims to explore cross-cultural educational administration from a global perspective, analyzing its strategies and challenges. With the continuous development of globalization, the education system faces increasingly complex and diverse cross-cultural environments, which pose new requirements and challenges for educational administration. In this study, we will focus on key issues in cross-cultural educational administration, such as multicultural education, language and communication, leadership and decision-making, as well as strategies to address these issues. Through a comprehensive literature review and theoretical analysis, this paper aims to provide valuable insights and recommendations for educational administrators and decision-makers.
