Abstract
Intangible cultural heritage, as a treasure of human civilization, carries the historical memory and cultural genes of a nation. Bajiquan, as one of the treasures of Chinese martial arts, not only has a profound cultural heritage, but also plays an irreplaceable role in strengthening the body and willpower.
