Abstract
With the acceleration of globalization, the internationalization of the capital market has had a profound impact on corporate financing structure and operating strategy. This paper aims to explore the impact of the internationalization of the capital market on corporate financing structure and operating strategy. By analyzing the concept, characteristics, and development history of the international capital market, it deeply analyzes the factors influencing the evolution of corporate financing structure under the international capital market. Furthermore, it discusses the impact mechanisms of the international capital market on corporate strategic positioning, growth strategies, and risk management strategies, with the purpose of providing theoretical support and practical guidance for enterprises to cope with the challenges of globalization.
