Abstract
Through an analysis of the current state of integration among culture, sports, tourism, and commerce, this study identifies several business models-including platform-based ecosystems, immersive experience-oriented approaches, data-driven strategies, IP-integrated solutions, and smart service platforms. It highlights existing challenges in this integration process, such as insufficient industrial synergy, inadequate data utilization, simplistic experiential scenarios, and severe homogenization of business models. The research concludes that digital technologies can drive business model transformation by redefining industry boundaries, unlocking data value, building robust platform ecosystems, and enhancing intelligent experiences. To address these issues, it is essential to strengthen industrial collaboration mechanisms, deepen data value utilization, innovate digital experience scenarios, and promote the development of differentiated models. Additionally, policy support in areas such as digital infrastructure and data security, along with robust mechanisms for cultivating interdisciplinary talent, must be enhanced.
