Abstract
Exhibition visitors, as the core value realization subject of the exhibition industry, their satisfaction not only affects the evaluation of exhibition quality directly but also plays an important role in the sustainable development of the MICE industry. Therefore, improving exhibition visitors' satisfaction is the core driving force for optimizing exhibition experience and enhancing exhibition appeal. This paper selects the Liangzhilong 2025 13th China Food Ingredients E-commerce Festival as the research object for empirical analysis, aiming to clarify the mechanism of action between perceived quality, perceived value, and exhibition visitors' satisfaction. The study finds that there is a significant positive correlation between perceived quality and exhibition visitors' satisfaction, and perceived quality has a positive impact on their satisfaction. The perceived value of exhibition visitors also has a promoting effect on their satisfaction. Moreover, perceived quality can enhance satisfaction by influencing perceived value. The research conclusions reveal the mechanism of action among perceived quality, perceived value, and exhibition visitors' satisfaction and contribute certain theoretical insights for exhibitions to further optimize services and better improve visitors' satisfaction.
