Investigation and Research on the Generation and Resolution Strategies of Teacher-Student Conflict in Primary Schools

Abstract
For students in the new era, all teachers should not only keep up with the progress of teaching, but also need to manage the order of students effectively, and due to the different statuses and perspectives of teachers and students, there will be conflicts between teachers and students. This paper investigates the causes of teacher-student conflict, analyzes the solution strategies from the actual school life, provides insights and help for teachers to deal with teacher-student conflict, summarizes some causes and fundamental thinking about conflict according to themselves and the survey results, and puts forward some methods and coping strategies that can be used in the classroom.
