Evaluation of Adaptive Leadership Strategies For Badminton Coaches Based on Systematic Thinking of Strategic Planning

Abstract
This study aims to explore the evaluation of adaptive leadership strategies for badminton coaches based on strategic planning and systems thinking, in order to enhance the leadership capabilities of badminton coaches and the overall development of athletes. With the rapid changes in the modern sports environment, badminton coaches face various challenges, including athlete psychological management, team collaboration, and technical-tactical guidance. Therefore, the effective implementation of adaptive leadership strategies is particularly important. This paper constructs a multidimensional evaluation framework for adaptive leadership strategies, encompassing key factors such as coach flexibility, team collaboration, and emotional intelligence. In terms of research methodology, this study employs a mixed-methods approach, collecting data through questionnaires to conduct a multidimensional evaluation of badminton coaches' adaptive leadership strategies. The results indicate that coaches with higher adaptive leadership abilities can more effectively motivate athletes, meet their individual needs, and enhance the overall performance of the team. The introduction of systems thinking significantly improves coaches' decision-making capabilities in complex environments, enabling them to better respond to the ever-changing competitive challenges. The findings of this research provide empirical support for the training and development of badminton coaches and point the way for future research.
